Step-1
Click on "Tools" from menu bar (the top left side of the browser window. If there is no menu bar, you can add menu bar from here ). Now click on "Add-ons"

Step-2

All the plugins/add-ons will open. Now find "Shackwave Flash" plugin. See it is "Never Active".

Step-3

Just click on "Never Activate" and select "Always Active". 

Done!! Now you can enjoy Facebook or any web video using your Mozilla Firefox browser.
