How to Add Missing "Run" Command to Start Menu
Run-command is a small program to run any program whose path
is know. It is used to run an application directly. You can download it (32 or
64 bit) like any other program. This feature is first introduced in Microsoft
Windows 95. Now it is included for the all the later versions of Windows for
its great importance.

By default, 'Run' command is not added to start menu. But
you can easily pin "Run" command to start menu.
1. Right click on the Taskbar
2. Click Properties
3. Go to Start menu
4. Select Customize…
5. Scroll down and Check Run command

2. Click Properties

3. Go to Start menu
